What I collect

When you use the form on the contact page I receive what you type into it: your name, an email address or phone number, what the enquiry is about, and your message. That is all. There are no accounts and nothing is bought through this site.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you and, if the piece or repair goes ahead, to do the work and keep a record of it. I do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing. I keep enquiry details for as long as is reasonable to deal with the enquiry, and records of work for as long as I need them for accounts and guarantees.

This site does not set advertising cookies. The maps on this site are served by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] or ask at the counter. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
